Portrait Session

Mommy's good friend Charlotte came to visit! She came from Colorado which I hear from mommy has great skiing. Mommy and daddy went to visit them and said it was one of their favorite vacations! Charlotte was so nice and so funny. I really enjoyed playing with her. She will be such a great mommy, she has such a warm heart.

And while she was here she took some photos of me. Not ones like mommy takes, really good and professional ones. She is a professional photographer and she is really good! She even took my socks off to take pics of my toes. Hmmmm...

Check out her blog!

My Time by the Front Door

I love the outside. It's been a bit chilly in the morning, so me, mommy and Mocha look out the front door. I love looking at all the colors. And the wind flying by. I love our time by the front door.

Mommy also met her friend Megan during college. Auntie Jill, Auntie Megan and mommy were all good friends at AU together. Auntie Megan was a lot of fun and enjoyed making funny faces with me! This weekend was so much fun and I know mommy was just so excited to have her friends meet me! Thanks for visiting everyone!

Auntie Jill and Uncle John come to visit!

Mommy and daddy's close buds Jill and John came to visit! Auntie Jill has known mommy since day 1 of college. They are really close and I could tell how excited mommy was to have her meet me! Auntie Jill and Uncle John were so much fun. They were so loving and such naturals. Mommy kept telling Auntie Jill that she can't wait until they get me a playmate. I'll be waiting!

I'm 2 months old!

On October 19 I turned 2 months old! Look how much I have grown! I feel so much bigger and stronger. I have had so much fun with mommy, daddy and all my family and friends. It's fun being me!

My turn on the slide!

It was my turn on the slide! But I didn't quite do it like Jackson did! But me and mommy had a lot of fun!

I love the sunshine!

I loved being outside at the park!

Anatomy of a Slide

Jackson taught me about the slide. First, you laugh at your mommy when she tells you not to go head first. Then, you plunge down the slide head first. Your mommy cleans the dirt off your face from your face plant. And then you repeat. Over. And over. And over. Thanks Jackson! It is now very clear how to work the slide!

Fun in the Park!

We all headed to the park because it was absolutely gorgeous out! Up by Nana and Poppy's house the leaves in October are just amazing! I slept through some of the fun, but it looks like Jackson had a blast!

There I am!

I joined in on the fun, too!

JACKSON!

Mommy and daddy headed up to Nana and Poppy's mountain home in PA for a few days. It was nice to get away and helped everyone deal with the passing of dear Niko. They have a huge house with lots of room to run and play. Mommy's good friend Kim came to visit with her son, Jackson. Jackson's daddy Matt was sick and couldn't come. We hope you are better Uncle Matt! Jackson was SO MUCH FUN! He is 16 months and a true little boy that loves to run around and have fun. One of the days there, mommy's little cousin John Michael came over and it was a house full of fun little boys!

Poor John

Mommy's cousin Michele's husband, John (also known as John Michael's dad) was holding me and apparently I wasn't in a good mood. It wasn't his fault though, my tommy was hurting. Sorry John!

Bumbo!

Mommy and daddy say I am very advanced and can hold my head up, so they put me in my bumbo. It was so much fun sitting up and talking to mommy!

Firemen Fun!

Mom, I read Curious George goes to the Firehouse at home all the time, so how about I just take a little nap? What a fun day! Good job Poppy and Auntie Kristy!

Stop, Drop and Roll

Poppy showed the kids how to stop, drop and roll. He then dressed Auntie Kristy up to be a fireman! Poppy said it was so much fun to watch Auntie Kristy because she hates to be dirty and firemen gear isn't exactly clean. Poppy showed the kids a mask too, so they know not to be afraid of firemen when they come to help. He sounded like Darth Vador. I don't know who that is. But mommy said he is a legend and I will learn who he is when I get big. She is a fan, but not a weird kind that dresses up for expos. Anyway, I enjoyed watching it all!

Auntie Kristy's Classroom

For Fire Prevention Week Auntie Kristy asks her daddy, my Poppy, to visit her classroom every year. This year, Mommy and I got to tag along to Auntie Kristy's first grade classroom. I hope my first grade classroom is as much fun! Look at those walls!
